There is a $25 fee which covers the retrieval of your credit report.
Once pre-approved, you can shop for your property with the confidence
of knowing your loan is approved. The seller will also feel more confident
in your offer knowing you have been approved. Once you have found
a property, we order the appraisal and title work for that specific
property and subject to the property checking out...you're ready to
close!

If you already have a property in mind or if you are refinancing a current
property, you can proceed right to our secure online application.
When you click 'Submit' at the end of the secure online application, you
will be asked to enter your contact information so that we may contact you
for a $350 application fee. The application fee will be credited to your closing
costs and goes to cover the cost of your appraisal and credit report.

Your credit card will be charged three (3) business days after we send
you the initial disclosure package.
