American Foundations MortgageBanc, Inc. is a wholly owned subsidiary of Generations Bancorp, Inc. American Foundations MortgageBanc generates loans through retail, wholesale and Internet origination channels. Generations Bancorp, also the parent of Foundations Bank, acquired the assets of Amerihome Mortgage Company, LLC in 2008 to create American Foundations MortgageBanc, Inc.

Nicholas J. DelTorto, President and Chief Executive Officer of American Foundations MortgageBanc, Inc. founded Amerihome Mortgage Company, LLC in 1997. Previously, he was a Regional Vice President for Fleet Mortgage Group. At Fleet, he was responsible for retail and wholesale production in the Midwest and South Central regions. His 17-year career at Fleet also included production and operations management in the Northeast and California. 

History

Before its acquisition, Amerihome Mortgage grew from two offices in 1997 to multiple locations serving multiple states through a continuous controlled growth strategy. This profitable company expansion also resulted in notable achievements and awards:

• Ranked as high as 19th in the nation in Broker Magazine’s “Top 50 Brokerage Firms"
• Ranked as high as 5th largest mortgage lender in the Milwaukee area by The Business Journal
